The club boasts an array of facilities unique to any single venue in Okehampton. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, christening, party, indoor sports, conference or charity / music event, we can accommodate your needs. Function & Conference Hall
The function/conference hall can cater for large parties or meetings and has a range of facilities that include free Wi-Fi, a raised stage, PA system, large dance floor and is equipped with a fully stocked licensed bar and adjoining kitchen (which is hired separately to the hall). The hall can also be arranged to your requirements whether this be for a meeting, party or bingo event.
The members bar is equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The members bar also provides a range of entertainment nights. Check out our "what's on" section for further information and updates on our event nights. All members are welcome to attend including their family and guests. The members bar can also be hired out privately for functions such as christenings or "a celebration of life" (wake).
The skittle alley is enclosed with direct access to the bar and is available for private hire.
The facility is of competition standard and is used for many local and county matches.
You can hire this facility for your tournaments or for a family/friendly night out.
The meeting room is available to hire for any business, club, society, community or social meetings with access to a flat screen TV and

The snooker room is equipped with professional standard equipment and is available for our members to use as well as hosting league matches.
